Deposit and refund policy

Booking deposits

Every online booking needs a deposit of 20% of the price, at least 10 EUR (or the whole price if it is lower). If the artist has not set a price, the deposit is a fixed 25 EUR. You pay it by card through Stripe. If you do not finish paying within 30 minutes, the time is released.

What happens to the deposit

• You cancel at least 48 hours before: the whole deposit is refunded to your card. Use the link you got when you booked.
• You cancel later, or you do not come: the deposit is kept. 50% goes to the artist for the lost time, the rest stays with Rastafari.
• You come to your first visit: your first deposit with Rastafari is a booking fee and is not refunded. You pay the artist the full price at the studio.
• You come to a later visit: the deposit is paid to the artist and deducted from what you pay at the studio.
• The artist cancels: the whole deposit is refunded.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank can take a few days to show them.

Courses

Courses are digital content and access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. If a course does not work as described or you were charged by mistake, write to hello@voicethere.com and we will put it right. Rights you have by law as a consumer stay as they are.

Problems

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us at hello@voicethere.com before disputing it with your bank, so we can fix it faster.
